About Maricela Raap

Hi, I’m Maricela Raap — a Florida REALTOR®, Army veteran, military spouse, and proud Emerald Coast local. I believe finding the right home is about so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. It’s about finding a place where life can happen and memories can be made.

My family and I have called the Niceville area home for nearly a decade, so I understand firsthand what it feels like to relocate, put down roots, and build a life in a new community. That experience, along with my years as a military spouse, has given me a special appreciation for families moving to and from our area, especially those navigating a PCS.

Before making real estate my full-time focus, I spent more than 15 years supporting executives, managing projects, coordinating complex programs, and keeping a lot of moving pieces headed in the right direction. Those skills transitioned naturally into real estate: organization, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and making sure my clients never feel like they’re navigating the process alone.

I became a licensed Florida REALTOR® in 2019 and today serve buyers and sellers throughout Niceville, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, and the surrounding Emerald Coast. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating with the military, selling a longtime family home, searching for an investment property, or looking for something a little more luxurious, you’ll receive the same level of care, attention, and commitment from me.

I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish and am proud to serve our Spanish-speaking community.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with my family, cheering way too loudly from the sidelines at a basketball game, trying a new recipe, or sharing one of my favorite places to eat along the Emerald Coast.

For me, real estate is personal. It’s about relationships, trust, community, and helping people find the place where the next chapter of their lives will happen.

Faith. Family. Finding Home.

Ready to make your next move? I’d love to help.
